Abstracts Guidelines
Abstracts should be submitted to emparv@aemeconference.com by 31 July 2026 at midnight, if you want to enter into competitive paper presentations. Abstracts will be evaluated by Scientific Committee Members and you will be notified by 5 August about the status of your paper via email.
Please read carefully before writing the abstract.
You need to register for the conference for abstract submission.
- Each participant can apply with a maximum of 2 papers as a presenter.
- Presenters can upload;
– Oral abstract and case reports
– Poster abstract and case reports
– WOW session – Words of Wisdom (Case Based Expert Opinion/Point of View/Management Pearl)- Open to Consultants/ Senior residents/ Faculties.
- The abstract (excluding the title of the paper) should be minimum 100 and maximum 350 words. (A bibliography is not required for the paper submission).
- Abstracts can be sent only in English.
- The title of the paper should fully reflect the content of the study.
- The name, surname, institution, city and contact addresses of the authors of the paper should be specified.
- If the abstract is accepted, the author who is planned to present the abstract should be marked in the relevant place in the system.( Refer to the templates)
- Abstracts should be in structural format; It should be in the form of “Introduction and Purpose”, “Materials and Methods”, “Results and Conclusion”. Nonstructured abstracts are accepted for case reports and Wisdom words.
- At least 3 “Keywords” must be specified.
- Up to 5 photo files (JPEG or PNG) can be uploaded in each paper (if desired). Uploaded photos can be photos,tables or figures.
- Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (with the exception of abbreviations).
- If abbreviation is used in the abstract, the abbreviation should be stated in parentheses in the first place where the full name is mentioned.
